The Program
- Program start date WED 11 June
- Program will run until the end of June
- Training dates are Wed and Fridays
- Training dates are June 11, 13, 18, 20, and 25.
- All training sessions are from 6:00-7:00
- Total Number of training sessions: 5
- Some Friday sessions may be scrimmage games
TRAINING SESSIONS:
- Coach to player ratio approximately 6 to 1, this will
maximize the personal instruction that each player will receive.
- Technical trainers will also be able to work 1 on 1 with each player.
- Each training session will end with a scrimmage.
Adminstration:
- Session times may be adjusted by the coaching staff
- Some March sessions may be shorter due to Daylight Savings Time.
